“Before I got accepted into the scholarship program it looked as if I should give up on the aspiration of becoming an Electrical/Electronic Engineer due to funding restrictions, but with your support that has all changed”
Lance, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, 2022
“I had applied to every scholarship I was eligible for. Being turned down by the majority I remained steadfast determined to secure a scholarship and landed yours. Also being a mature student was a huge blockage for me when it came to receiving any assistance in wanting to achieve higher education. However, Knowledge Quest gave me a fighting chance.”
Ritica, Speech Pathology, 2022
“Thanks to Knowledge Quest, I have been able to live the university life that I have dreamed of. I am learning in a new country and participating in all the opportunities my university offers without having to stress about finances. With Knowledge Quest’s help, I will be using my knowledge from this past academic year to partake in a volunteer trip to Tanzania!”
Riley, Performing Arts, 2024
“The Knowledge Quest Scholarship opened many doors for me. When I found out that I was successful, I was both overwhelmed and excited as the scholarship gave me the opportunity to attend university and pursue my dream of becoming an actuary. Receiving this award pushed me to maintain a high academic standing throughout my studies as I knew that the Knowledge Quest (KQ) team had invested in me, and I wanted to prove to them and myself that I was worthy of such a rewarding opportunity. In 2018, I completed my Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University with a 4.0 GPA. Since graduating, I am still in contact with KQ and volunteer as needed. Knowledge Quest to me is more than a scholarship, but also a community of mentors, friends, and cheerleaders rooting for you to succeed.”
Shallette, Actuarial Science, 2015
